Forest Bathing TrailThe Forest Trail winds thru the wildest area of the retreat and invites us to make an effort to slow down and engage in a conversation with the forest thru a sort of walking meditation. If you do it slowly and mindfully, you will hear, see or sense things that call out for your attention and want further contact ....could be an old stump or interesting plant......just do it.... this is the forest asking to engage with you.
Zen Point trail
"Silence is Golden" on this short spur off of Hawk Ridge Trail and we invite all those who walk it do it very slowly, mindfully and silently and we guarantee you will be primed to experience a truly awe inspiring reward at the end.
